Netflix’s African Series, Blood And Water Returns With New Characters

Netflix’s original African series, Blood and water has added new characters including a new kid on the block, Leroy Siyafa, who plays Sam – a new love interest mixing things up in the Parkhurst after-school scene.

Others added are Reece (played by Greteli Fincham), two of her new friends, Pauline and Zayd, played by Katishcka Chanderlal, and Alzavia Abrahams

The show has been renewed for a second season and it seems season 2 would bring more drama and suspense.

The original cast members of the show are  Khosi Ngema, Ama Qamata, Natasha Thahane, Gail Mabalane, Cindy Mahlangu, Thabang Molaba, Arno Greeff, Mekaila Mathys.

Blood and Water showcases Puleng Khumalo, who investigates the cold abduction case of her older sister, Fikile Bhele, who was abducted at birth. Puleng believed that a Parkhurst student, Fikile, is her sister. She then gets herself transferred to the school. 

Blood and Water became an instant hit series after it was released, and many waited with bated breath for the new season which will be released later this year.
