Aaron Moloisi Denies Being A Sangoma

SA actor, Aaron Moloisi debunks rumours that he is a sangoma. The rumours started when fans spotted him wearing white beads around his neck which are usually reserved for  people who possess spiritual gifts People

 During an interview with Daily Sun, he revealed that, “Just because people call me mkhulu or say thokoza gogo or mkhulu doesn’t mean that I’m a sangoma. They say that out of respect.”

Sazi Mahlongo, the spokesman for the South African Traditional Healers association said some beads can be worn as jewellery but the are some that are reserved for sangomas, particularly the red and white beads.

The actor says he has no issues with sangomas, he has great respect for them and if he was a sangoma, he’d come out and announce it.
