Anupamaa starlife: Anupamaa is a devoted wife, mother, and daughter-in-law. She has a family-oriented and self-sacrificing nature. However, people often humiliate her because she is “just” a housewife and didn’t finish her education.

Anupamaa’s husband, Vanraj Shah, has been having an affair with his colleague, Kavya Gandhi, for the past 8 years. Despite warnings from her best friend, Devika, and Kavya’s husband, Aniruddh, she refuses to believe it and continues to have faith in Vanraj. On her 25th Wedding Anniversary, Anupamaa witnesses Vanraj and Kavya getting intimate, which shatters her. She decides to break ties with Vanraj and live life on her own terms.

Anupamaa’s younger son, Samar, also cuts all ties with Vanraj after learning the truth. Rakhi informs the Shahs about the affair, leaving them devastated. Soon, Anupamaa’s elder son, Paritosh, marries Kinjal, while Samar and Nandini fall for each other after Samar learns about Nandini’s infertility.

Anupamaa takes care of Vanraj’s health after he meets with an accident, and he starts developing feelings for her. He tries to express his feelings, but Anupamaa rejects him. Anupamaa decides to start over and asks Vanraj for a divorce. Fearing the loss of his family, Vanraj leaves the house. Anupamaa later finds him at a wellness resort in Surat and confronts him.

Anupamaa is diagnosed with ovarian cancer and asks Vanraj to sign the divorce papers. Meanwhile, Kavya and Aniruddh get divorced, and Kavya prepares to marry Vanraj. On the wedding day, Vanraj goes missing, and Anupamaa confronts him, accusing him of lacking courage and commitment. Eventually, Kavya and Vanraj get married.

After successful emergency surgery, Hasmukh, the family patriarch, asks Anupamaa to continue staying with them because she will always be a part of their family, to which she agrees.

Kavya keeps trying to taunt Anupamaa, attempting to humiliate her, but her efforts to turn the family against her continue to fail. Anupamaa’s Dance Academy is established with the support of Samar and Nandini, bringing joy to the family.

Anupamaa suggests to Vanraj that he should open a café in her academy, hoping to collaborate and build something positive together. However, Kavya manipulates Vanraj, turning him against Anupamaa. Instead of showing gratitude for Anupamaa’s help, he joins in taunting her, further straining their relationship.
