Ashanti Reveals She Has Been Tested Positive For Covid-19

The R&B artist Ashanti has taken to social media to reveal her Covid-19 status as she was tested posirtive for the virus. She joins the group of people who have contracted the deadly virus.

The star was in shock as she said that she never thought that she would ever contract the virus.

She said: “Hey ya’ll, I can’t believe I’m saying this but I tested positive for Covid-19. I’m okay and not in any pain”

She was scheduled to do a “Verzuz” battle with fellow R&B artist Keyshia Cole and she said that she was open to doing it from her house instead.
