Former Johannesburg Mayor Herman Mashaba Launches New Party, ACTIONSA

Former Johannesburg mayor Herman Mashaba launched his new party, ACTIONSA in a virtual event on Saturday 29th of August, 2020.

Herman quit his job as Johannesburg’s mayor last year after the Helen Zille got re-elected leaving everyone shocked. The politician then started developing his own political party which he just launched.

In Herman Mashaba’s launch part he made emphasis on the various areas in SA that need improvement. He also spoke about the doubts citizens might have about him based on his statements in the past in reference to Xenophobia.

“26 years into our democracy, South Africans are suffering. We suffer from the highest levels of inequality. We suffer from an economy that does not grow, leaving 10 million people unemployed and families destroyed by the stress of hunger..’
