She introduced her new children’s book I Am Shudu to her audience on social media platforms.

“I am excited to introduce my new book, I am Shudu, Finding my Voice, Knowing my Strength, which explores themes of bullying, identity, bravery, forgiveness, displaced families, and the bond of friendships. But most importantly, the power of community and the magic we find when we use our voices. I am working with Jacana Media in this coming-of-age story, with beautiful illustrations from the award-winning Chantelle and Burgen Thorne. This book will inspire all 6 to 10-year-olds,” Shudufhadzo wrote.

In a different post on Instagram days ago, she shared how she has been able to heal her inner child of bullying.

I did something I never imagined myself doing a few years ago. After years of bullying and silence, I spoke to millions about empowering the mind. In doing that, I realized that I was healing the mind of my inner child and her mental health, which had been so severely impacted by the bullying. I wanted to cultivate conversations I wish someone had had with me when I was 10 years old as a reminder to children worldwide, especially those bullied and struggling with their mental health. I realized that finding my magic was the continued use of my voice to empower others and that it was a continuous journey that peeled back many layers.

The model’s new book revolves around bullying, identity, bravery, forgiveness, displaced families, and the bond of friendships. Also, the author discusses the importance of a community.
