Kelly Khumalo’s EMPINI Song Goes GOLD [Video]

SA Singer Kelly Khumalo has taken to Instagram to celebrate yet another milestone as her hit single gets gold certification.

The hit single Empini was released on the 19th of June 2020, and shortly after that, the music video was released on Youtube, and it garnered more than 800,000 views over time.

One would only expect such success from the song cause she really brought Pride back to mama Africa with her magnificent voice and soulful lyrics; in a speech about the song, she said:

“We are not only rich in culture, but in minerals as well, Nigeria produced more than 1.9 million barrels of oil per day in 2014 ranked as the 11th largest oil producer in the world.”

Amped up over upcoming work, she cannot wait for it to hit our speakers, and we cannot wait too. She promises it would definitely reach our African core and make us reflect on ourselves as Africans.
