“I Didn’t Want Him” Tamia Mpisane Opens Up About Her Marriage

Tamia Mpisane, wife of Royal AM chairperson Andile Mpisane, candidly shared her initial feelings about him on the first episode of the second season of her mother-in-law’s reality show, Kwa Mam’Mkhize.

In the episode, Tamia revealed that when she first met Andile in December 2019 through a mutual friend, she wasn’t initially interested. However, Andile’s persistent efforts eventually won her over.

“I’m Tamia Mpisane, married to Andile Mpisane. We met in December 2019 through a mutual friend. At first, I didn’t want him, but he was so persistent that I eventually started to like him,” Tamia explained during the show.

The couple, now parents of two children, Miaandy and Shauwn Junior, welcomed their first child in May 2022 and their second in September 2023. Additionally, Andile has two other children, Flo (3) and Coco (2), from a previous relationship with ex-girlfriend Sithelo Shozi.

This revelation about Tamia’s initial hesitation and Andile’s persistence unfolded during the December 2023 premiere of the second season of Kwa Mam’Mkhize. The show is currently available on Showmax.
