“I Will Not Rest Until She Is Behind Bars.”- Tol Ass Mo Vs Lerato

Well-known comedian Mongezi Mahlangu, professionally known as Tol Ass Mo is set to sue the state.

Black model Lerato Moloi accused the TV star of rape and filed a case of assault and rape against him in 2020.

“In 2014, I was sexually assaulted and raped by Mongezi ‘Tol Ass Mo”Mahlangu while working on a television production in Paarl, Western Cape.”

In light of this, Tol Ass Mo gave a recent update on those he will be suing.

“So, I’m suing the following, all thanks to Lerato Moloi. National Commissioner of Police, Minister of Safety & Security (Police), the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Minister of Police, SAPS Legal Services and the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development,” Just to rub it in, Mahlangu said in his statement.

Tol Ass Mo went further to say that he will not rest until the model is put in prison.

“Her only plan in life to make money was to accuse three celebrities of rape at the same time. I will not rest until she is behind bars.”

He went on to brag about how much he will be cashing out from the state soon.

“Thank you once more to all of Lerato so-called believers I will be back to millionaire status. Ooh and Rosie Motene ain’t getting a brown cent from me. Lesson to every woman who wants to open false rape charges against innocent men,” he adds.

This back and forth between the two parties has caused lots of discord amongst people. Some have shown their solidarity with Lerato while some have said Mongezi is innocent until proven guilty.

Also, Tol Ass Mo ended his marriage with Mome, giving reasons that he cannot see himself with a black woman after what happened.
