Former President Jacob Zuma has lost another of his appeal against personal expenses conviction issued against him by the High Court of Pretoria. This follows after his dispute against the State Capture Report.

The Supreme Court of Appeal also ordered the punitive costs for this appeal after already rejected Zuma’s request to permanently suspend the prosecution.

His legal team has said that Zuma falls within his constitutional rights to appeal to the highest court in the country.
Earlier on Friday afternoon, the sentence was handed down.
