Lost In Love Starlife: This story revolves around the life of a young and outspoken girl named Sai Joshi, who aspires to become a doctor and dreams of studying MBBS at Nagpur Medical College.

Meanwhile, in Nagpur, Virat Chavan becomes an IPS officer and is posted to Gadchiroli.

Virat, a young police officer, marries a woman to honor the promise he made to her dying father. However, when his former lover re-enters his life, he finds himself torn between his emotions.

Sai requests Virat to decline the marriage proposal and reminds him about Pakhi, his former lover. Virat proposes to deal with the marriage, and unwillingly, Sai agrees to it. During the marriage, Virat repeatedly reminds Sai not to expect any husband’s love and support from him, as he has already made a promise to Pakhi. Sai makes it clear that she will leave the marriage once she completes her MBBS. Pakhi is devastated by Virat and Sai’s marriage, but Virat assures her by disclosing the details of their deal.

Chavan’s family refuses to accept Virat and Sai’s marriage because Sai does not belong to the upper-class Shahānnau Kule Maratha like Pakhi. They humiliate Sai by name-calling her “Junglee” and defaming Kamal’s death and his upbringing. However, Sai gives them a befitting reply.

Virat faces false accusations by Vithal Mane and gets suspended from his job, blaming Sai for it. He also accuses Sai of snatching away his love, Pakhi, and claims that it ruins his life. Sai goes to the police department and saves Virat’s job.

Sai learns about Devyani and Pulkit’s past relationship and decides to uncover the truth. She gets a chance when Pulkit invites her for lunch. Virat physically stops Sai and orders her to lock herself in a room. But Sai refuses and goes to meet Pulkit. Later, Virat stops Sai from having food and tells her to enjoy his money when she returns home. Sai decides to leave the house, but Ashwini makes Virat realize his mistake. Virat apologizes to Sai and stops her.

Sai exposes the Chavans’ cruel acts of making Devyani mentally ill, causing the separation of Devyani and Pulkit, and placing their newborn, Harinee, in an orphanage. Sai plans to reunite Devyani and Pulkit by arranging their remarriage. Pakhi writes a fake letter to stop Sai, and Virat agrees with Pakhi. Pulkit gets kidnapped by the Chavan family’s goon. Later, Sai and Pulkit provide proof to prove Pulkit’s innocence, but Virat refuses to believe them.

Virat throws Sai out of the house at midnight and stops Ashwini from giving food to Sai. Pakhi and Virat call Sai names and make false accusations. Sai gathers evidence to prove her innocence and presents it to Virat. She then goes back to Gadchiroli. Virat forgives his family and apologizes to Sai, but she refuses to return. Virat goes on a mission and gets injured. Sai takes care of him in the hospital, and they reconcile.

Sai helps mend Devyani and Harinee’s relationship on Harinee’s birthday. Pakhi confesses her feelings again, leading to a confrontation. Sai asks them to clarify their feelings, but Virat dismisses her questions. Pakhi insults Sai, and the Chavan family supports Virat and Pakhi, humiliating Sai. However, Sai gives them a fitting response.

Ninad’s childhood dream comes true when Sai surprises him with a harmonium. Sai gifts a saree to Pakhi’s mother on their anniversary. Pakhi and the Chavan family insult Sai, asking her to apologize. Sai, feeling bullied and harassed, agrees with their accusations.

Sai and Virat reconcile as friends, but Sai falls in love with him. Pakhi tries to get closer to Virat, causing tension. Virat plans an anniversary trip, but Sai believes it’s for work. Misunderstandings lead to arguments, and Sai leaves.

Sai meets Samrat in the hospital and convinces him to return home. Samrat reveals Pakhi never wanted to marry him. Sai takes care of Virat after his injury, but he remains rude. Virat lies about a trip to Mahabaleshwar, causing more misunderstandings. Sai witnesses Virat and Pakhi’s closeness, leading to more conflicts.

Pakhi tries to separate Sai and Savi. The family goes on a picnic where misunderstandings arise. Virat saves Sai but not Pakhi in a bus accident. Pakhi returns, and Virat accepts her as his wife. Sai threatens to reveal the truth to Savi and limits Virat’s access to her.

Virat and Pakhi go on a honeymoon, where Virat learns about a bus accident years ago. Sai takes Savi and Vinayak on an outing and meets Saheba. Later, Pakhi’s health deteriorates, and Sai and Pulkit save her. Shivani announces her pregnancy, causing Bhavani to react negatively.

Virat hides the truth about Vinayak from Sai and Pakhi to save Pakhi’s life. Sai tries to find Vinayak and sneaks into an orphanage but is caught by Virat. She plans a puja on Vinayak’s death anniversary, and Virat worries. Sai discovers that Vinayak is alive and is overjoyed.
