Mac G Strikes at Mzansi Rappers [Video]

In a recent episode of Podcast and Chill, popular YouTuber Mac G came at rappers for not joining the Amapiano trend.

This came after American artist T.I. released an Amapiano song “Vacay” featuring Kamo Mphela.

The Atlanta-born rapper dropped the song a few days ago and it has gained lots of recognition from people. While some vibed to the song, many have criticized the song for not sounding anything like Amapiano, and others have asked that T.I. should be given grace as he did rap in Engliosh.

Mac G condemned SA rappers for not jumping on the raving on the Amapiano trend earlier on. He also told them that their idol T.I has done what they have shied away from all this while.

“So now what do all these ki hip-hop dawg n*ggs have to say because he’s (T.I) their GOAT and he’s jumping on a Piano beat but they don’t want to touch Piano,” MacG said.

“He’s Nasty C’s GOAT, he mentioned he looked up to T.I. What about all those Hip-hop guys in SA that don’t want to touch Piano, if your GOAT is doing Piano, who are you?”

“Guys you are robbing us, imagine Nasty C on a Piano beat flowing like T.I on that beat,” MacG added.
