Mondli Ngcobo Debunks Rumors of Abusing His Late Baby Mama

Mondli Ngcobo responds to accusations of mistreatment towards his late baby mama, Mandisa “Mandy” Malebo, who recently passed away.

Mandy’s death, attributed to her struggle with depression, occurred last week. Criticism on social media targeted the music producer, accusing him of being an absent father and not supporting Mandy. In response, Mondli released a statement denying any involvement in her death. The family granted him permission to disclose the cause of her passing.

According to Mondli, Mandy fell ill and was hospitalized on December 27 after expressing discomfort in her stomach. Unfortunately, her health deteriorated, leading to her untimely death.

Addressing the speculations surrounding her death and his role, Mondli urged people to allow the family the space and grace to grieve. He also assured that once the details of her funeral arrangements are finalized, he will share them with the public.

“I have heard all kinds of hurtful speculations about the cause of death and about me, but I urge you to give her family space and grace to mourn the loss. I am waiting for her family to finalise the details of laying her to rest and I will share it with you accordingly. Thank you,” he wrote.
