Preesha’s entire world revolves around her son, Saaransh, while Rudraksh is a carefree and insensitive rockstar. However, this accidental meeting could potentially lead to a new beginning for both of them.

Synopsis:

“My Desire Starlife” is the story of Preesha, a single mother who has raised her son, Saraansh, with all the love and care of both a mother and a father.

In the first episode, we meet Preesha, who is about to marry Yuvraj. However, Yuvraj is solely interested in gaining control of Saraansh’s trust fund. Saraansh is Preesha’s late sister Mahima’s son and the older brother of Rudraksh’s brother, Rajeev. Preesha took Saraansh in, thinking Mahima had passed away. But things take a twist when Preesha becomes a suspect in Rajeev’s murder, and Rudraksh marries her as part of a revenge plot. However, he soon realizes Preesha is innocent and starts developing feelings for her, as well as growing attached to Saraansh as his own child.

As their love story unfolds, Mahima reappears, causing chaos as she tries to regain control of Saraansh for financial gain. Together with Yuvraj, they make life tough for Preesha and Rudraksh. But Preesha and Rudraksh use their wit to outsmart Mahima and get her arrested.

The story takes another twist with the arrival of Sulochana, Rudraksh’s mother, and her son, Kabir. They also have their eyes on the Khurana property and are willing to manipulate Rudraksh’s emotions to achieve their goals.

Preesha Srinivasan is taking care of her nephew, Saransh, after her sister Mahima’s death during childbirth. She strongly dislikes Rudraksh “Rudra” Khurana, a wealthy rockstar who doesn’t believe in love and is Saransh’s uncle. Preesha’s friend Yuvraj, a lawyer, pretends to love her to boost his career and gain her father’s promotion. Yuvraj learns Saransh is Rudra’s nephew and blackmails Rudra, leading to Rajeev’s murder. To protect Saransh, Preesha takes the blame. In revenge, Rudra marries Preesha and promises to take custody of Saransh. Preesha is eventually proven innocent, and they develop genuine feelings for each other.

They face challenges, bond, and work together to find Saransh when he is kidnapped. Misunderstandings strain their relationship, but they confess their love and go on a honeymoon. Evil Mahima returns, winning custody of Saransh. Preesha pretends to betray Rudra, marrying Yuvraj, while Rudra agrees to marry Mahima. Preesha confesses her love, and they expose Mahima.

Mahima discovers their plan and substitutes Rudra with a look-alike, causing a misunderstanding. Balraj uncovers the truth but is murdered. He is arrested, but Preesha realizes the imposter doesn’t have Rudra’s birthmark. Rudra discovers his birth mother and half-brother, Kabir. Rudra wants a child with Preesha but struggles. Kabir manipulates Ahana into marrying him for custody of Saransh. Rudra is kidnapped, but Preesha rescues him, and they move to Goa.

Sargun Kaur Luthra plays Dr. Preesha Khurana, who’s a gynecologist and is married to Rudraksh. She’s also the mother of Ruhi and the aunt and adoptive mother of Saransh. Preesha is a kind and caring person who works as a gynecologist. She lives with her parents and is deeply affected by her sister’s death. She falls in love with Rudraksh and fights for their love against all odds.

Abrar Qazi portrays Rudraksh “Rudra” Khurana, a rockstar who is Preesha’s husband. He’s also the father of Ruhi and the uncle and adoptive father of Saransh. At first, Rudraksh appears to be a spoiled and stubborn person who takes pride in his female fan following. However, as the story unfolds, we learn about his difficult childhood, marked by his father’s abuse.

Swarna Pandey takes on the role of Ruhi Khurana, the daughter of Preesha and Rudraksh. She’s also the cousin and adopted sister of Saransh.

Krish Chugh plays Saransh Khurana, the son of Mahima and Rajeev. He’s the nephew and adopted son of Preesha and Rudraksh, and he’s also the cousin and adopted brother of Ruhi. The character of young Saransh is portrayed by Vidhaan Sharma, Yagya Bhasin, and Ali Dhuru at different stages in the story.

The TV show “My Desire Starlife” tells us about the problems a single mother faces and how society keeps reminding her of being alone. Even though Preesha faces many challenges, she takes care of Saraansh with all her love. Sadly, the show doesn’t have a very unique story, and it doesn’t bring many new things to the plot.
