Mzansi Triggered by Trans Women Celebrating National Women’s Day

The 9th of August is a day set aside to mark National Women’s Day in South Africa.

In this light, various women in the country took to their social media pages to celebrate themselves.

Even so, amidst this celebration, The South African government posted a video of Casey- a trans woman.

“Kacey, a transWoman wishes all the trans women of South Africa a happy#WomensDay,” the caption reads.

Subsequently, this post triggered lots of people as they have since then, trolled the government.

Mzansi commented that trans women might feel like women, they, however, are just playing dress-up.

“Biblically and Biologically there are only two genders – which one is this one, balance me, please.” someone else tweeted.
