Pamela Anderson doubles down on claims Tim Allen flashed her as her bombshell memoir makes waves

  • Pamela Anderson says Tim Allen “has to deny” her claims he flashed her when she was a young star because of “the times we’re in”.
  • The star doubled down on the claims that she’s made in her new memoir, Love, Pamela.
  • Elsewhere in the memoir, the model recalls meeting Hugh Hefner for the first time – and his promise to her.

Pamela Anderson writes in her new memoir, Love, Pamela, of the time Tim Allen allegedly flashed her on the set of Home Improvement when she was starting her acting career.

“On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly — completely naked underneath. He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably.”

Anderson, 23 at the time, had modelled for Playboy, while Home Improvement was one of the star’s first acting credits.

Allen has since denied the claim, however. “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing,” he said.

But Anderson, in a new interview with ET Canada, doubles down on the claims.

She recalls Allen “ran back into his room and he was embarrassed all day and acting like a little giddy schoolboy” after it happened.

“He has to deny it because look at the times we’re in,” she explains. “If he said, ‘Oh yeah, I did that…’ he’d be — a lot of these stories are just the tip of the iceberg.”

“I only talked about really pivotal moments to try get across that some of these things had happened, you know, in my childhood, my career. And I kind of wanted to sprinkle in some of these things. I mean, not all. Obviously, I didn’t tell every story in my life, or I’d be writing volumes.”

The Baywatch star is currently doing press for both her memoir and new Netflix documentary, Pamela, a love story.

Elsewhere in her memoir, she recalls meeting Hugh Hefner.

In an excerpt published by News24, she writes: “He reminded me of a mythological figure. A Methuselah.

“With liquid eyes, he looked around at the other men in the room and said softly, Marilyn is going to take very good care of you. Don’t worry, darling, you’re safe here.”
