To receive the award, AKA’s daughter Kairo, and his mother Lynn graced the BET Awards red carpet gorgeously dressed.

Even in his grave, the rap legend’s great works keep shining.

A few days ago, he topped the list of nominated artists in this year’s South African Music Awards. Leading with 7 categories, the legendary rapper bagged these nominations with his posthumous album Mass Country.

  • Male Artist of the Year
  • Album of the Year
  • Best Engineered Album
