Two Confirmed Dead, Five Injured As Their Car Crashes A Tree In Mondeor

An accident occurred when two automobiles crashed into each other and sustained injury in a head-on collision near the kokosi turnoff on the N12 in Fochville, in the West of Joburg on Saturday evening.

Two people were confirmed dead and three people sustained an injury.

Some Emergency Medical Technicians said one of the deceased was found trapped in one of the vehicles and the second had died later in hospital. The injured included a six-year-old child.

Another man, who had suffered serious injuries, was also confirmed dead

 Another occurrence happened in Mondeor, Johannesburg south, five people sustained serious injuries after the vehicle they were traveling in bumped into a tree on Saturday night 

The female driver was found trapped in the vehicle and had to be pulled from the wreckage, said Campbell.

“The other four passengers had suffered serious injuries and all five were treated with Advanced Life Support interventions by the various Emergency Medical Technicians on scene.
