The lawsuit further details Diesel’s alleged actions, stating that he ignored Jonasson’s protests, attempted to undress her, and molested her body.

Jonasson claims she screamed and ran towards the bathroom, but Diesel allegedly followed her, pinning her against a wall and exposing himself. The lawsuit describes Diesel’s explicit actions, including masturbation, while Jonasson felt unable to escape.

Jonasson remained silent about the incident for over a decade due to fear. She had signed a non-disclosure agreement and was concerned about jeopardizing her immigration status. She has now come forward seeking compensation for damages, including emotional distress.

Jonasson alleges that she was terminated from her employment shortly after the incident. Despite working for less than two weeks, she was promised payment for a full two weeks of work.
