Vongai Mapho Reveals Her Baby Is Dying Inside Her Stomach

SA Influncer Vongai Mapho has taken to social media to open up to her fans about how her baby is dying in her womb and needs to be aborted.

The influencer had revealed to her fans that  she was having a baby. Now she has to break the bad news that her baby is dying and needs to be terminated.

She took to her Instagram story to revealed that her baby has a defective heart and has developed an anomaly called a cystic hygroma. She went further to break the sad news that due to her baby’s condition, her doctors have decided to terminate the pregnancy as he/she won’t be able to survive the 20th-week mark.
