Vusi Nova Opens Up About His Health-“Back to the Grind”

Famous SA musician Vusi Nosa gave an update about his health.

A few days ago, the singer marked his 39th birthday. Taking to his Instagram account, he shared that he visited the hospital because his heart wasn’t well.

“Proof Of life” I sometimes forget that I’m not getting any younger. I feel 21! got back from hospital this morning & I’m feeling healthier & energised more than ever. Back to the grind tonight. Let’s go!!  vusi captioned the post.

The hitmaker said that the doctors diagnosed him with high blood pressure.

“Make sure you exercise; your diet is proper [and] you go for check-ups. Yesterday I was hospitalised very early in the morning – around five [due to] fatigue. My heart was acting up and then I found out that I have high blood pressure. Now I have to take blood pressure medication – imagine… I thought it was the end of me,” Nova shared

This news came as a shock to a lot of his fans as Vusi was just at Sunbet Arena on Sunday giving his audience a great performance.

Many have wished him well, asking that he take proper care of himself.
