Wig Drama- Nadia Accused of Running Off with R6.5k Wig

In a recent social media post by controversial blogger Musa Khawula, South African rapper Nadia Nakai finds herself amid the drama.

The rapper was accused by a wig company owner of borrowing a 26-inch curly frontal wig worth R6500 and failing to return it promptly.

According to Khawula, the owner of FashionWins Hair Collection is Senia from Namibia. Senia claimed that Nadia Nakai borrowed the wig for a performance in Botswana on 22 September. Allegedly, she failed to either return it as agreed or pay the R6500 fee for the borrowed wig.

Senia was reportedly surprised to see Nadia in South Africa wearing the wig without settling the payment.

Khawula shared a screenshot of Senia’s appreciation post, acknowledging the support from fans in resolving the matter. Senia also confirmed receiving payment for the wig and expressed gratitude, pledging to donate N$1500 (approximately R1800) to charity.

Social media reactions have varied. Some express skepticism, while others believe the parties have resolved the situation fairly. The incident has sparked discussions on accountability and understanding, with users sharing diverse opinions.
