Zahara Was Allegedly Poisined by Family Members

However, concerns about possible foul play involving bewitchment by close family members have been raised, according to a reliable source.

The source suggests that someone close to the artist may have intentionally used muthi (traditional medicine) by putting it in her drink. This suspicion arises after a lobola delegation, led by Mr. Xaba, sought Zahara’s hand in marriage.

However, shortly after the lobola was paid, Zahara was hospitalized in northern Jozi, initially in a medical ward and later transferred to the ICU due to a deteriorating condition.

Surprisingly, Zahara appeared healthy during her 36th birthday celebration on November 9, showing no signs of illness. Now, the Loliwe hitmaker is in a coma, fighting for her life.

The source speculates that someone interfered with Zahara’s plans to marry Mr. Xaba. This suggests a possible connection between the lobola negotiations and Zahara’s sudden illness.

The family believes someone may have poisoned the singer or had muthi put into her drink to derail her from becoming Mrs. Xaba.

Nonetheless, Mr. Xaba has stayed by his bae’s side, ignoring all allegations of being with her for his financial gain.

Tensions have risen within the family. People have been suspicious about Zahara’s sisters, Lumka and Bandezwa, misusing her bank cards. Also, they were seen engaging in discussions about life insurance.

As the situation unfolds, Mr. Xaba remains a regular presence at the hospital, emphasizing his genuine concern for Zahara’s well-being. The family spokesperson, Oyama Dyosiba, declined to comment on the ongoing developments.”
