Enhle Mbali Dragged Amid Black Coffee’s Accident Drama

Shortly after news of Black Coffee’s plane accident surfaced, online sleuths closely monitored his ex, Enhle Mbali’s, social media accounts.

The actress and fashion designer, known for sharing inspirational quotes and quirky memes with her followers, seldom discusses her estranged husband on her Instagram account.

However, Black Coffee’s fans became vocal when the ‘Blood Psalms’ star posted what seemed like an innocent meme on her IG Stories. Sharing the Story on a burner account named ChrisExcel, he wrote: “The father of your kids that you’re extorting R60K a month is in Hospital fighting for his life… and you’re posting that this is the best thing you’ve heard…” Many X users seemed to agree with ChrisExcel.

Yet, some pointed out that Mbali’s post happened before the DJ’s incident. When Black Coffee’s team released a statement on Wednesday night about the 47-year-old receiving medical attention after an incident on his flight to Mar Del Plata, Argentina, some defended Mbali, noting the timing.

“She posted this an hour or two hours before the Black Coffee news. Come @ChrisExcel102 give her a break,” commented @PovertykillerB. The relationship between the former couple has been contentious, with Mbali previously revealing that Black Coffee pays R50,000 in child maintenance.

In 2020, the Johannesburg High Court ruled in favor of Black Coffee, stating that Mbali would receive R15,000 a month for spousal maintenance and R50,000 in child support after she lost her legal battle against the DJ.
