Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa, the former wife of South African DJ Black Coffee, recently shared pictures from her getaway in Botswana.

This follows her response to criticism she faced after news of Black Coffee’s accident.

This comes in the wake of her speaking about the negative reactions she received after news broke about her ex-husband’s “severe travel accident.”

On January 9, Black Coffee’s Instagram account posted about his involvement in a “severe travel accident” during a flight to Mar Del Plata. The incident resulted in unexpected complications, causing injuries, including “severe blows” to his body, according to reports by the Daily Mail.

Following the accident, Enhle faced backlash for a seemingly insensitive post on her Instagram Stories, reading “best thing I’ve heard this year.” In response, she shared in a now-deleted Instagram Live video that her post was unrelated to Black Coffee’s accident. She explained that she had sent him a get-well-soon email upon learning about the incident, but he responded by asking her not to feign concern.

Enhle emphasized that her concern was for Black Coffee’s well-being, as they share children together. Despite facing criticism, she expressed her exhaustion with always being the “bigger person” and clarified her genuine care for their children and his health.
