5 Healthy Home Remedies To An Acne Free Face And Clearer Skin

Having a face free of acne is every woman’s dream. Staring at the mirror and finding all those little blemishes is something we all hate. We want to get rid of it but maybe the skin care products you need are too expensive. Or maybe you are trapped in lockdown and you can’t get to it. Never mind, take a little stroll in your kitchen and are sure to find at least one of the ingredients we’d be listing below.

  1. Brown sugar and Honey 

Honey is one of the best natural skin care products that humanity has been blessed with. Honey is known to clear scars and give clear skin. Lots of people don’t know it’s benefits aside for it just being tasty. Brown sugar is a little less smooth than white sugar so it is a better option for what we are trying to achieve.

You can mix these natural ingredients to make a face scrub. You scrub your face with it for a while. Scrub gently to avoid irritation. After scrubbing your face with the mixture, let it rest for a minute and then you wash it off with warm water, then you can apply your face mask.

Recipe;

Brown sugar    1 Tablespoon 

Honey               ½ Teaspoon 

Mix on a clean flat surface and apply gently 

  1. Egg And Milk 

Milk has so many skin benefits! It will nourish skin cells from deep within and keep skin moisturized all day. If you’ve got acne-prone skin, it will gently exfoliate and gradually cure your acne.

Egg yolks can lend moisture to the skin while the egg whites contain albumin, a simple form of protein that helps tighten pores and also remove excessive oil.

When you combine both, it helps you get rid of excess oil but leaving it exfoliated and moisturized.

Recipe;

Raw egg     1

Milk              ¾ glass of milk

Clean makeup brush

Put the egg in a bowl and whisk to your satisfaction then add the milk. Whisk it some more.

Grab a clean and soft makeup brush, dip it in the mixture and apply gently all over your face. If you don’t have a brush available, you can apply it with your hands, make sure you wash your hands first.

Honey is a humectant which helps your skin absorb and retain moisture which keeps it from drying out. Raw honey is incredible for your skin thanks to its antibacterial properties. A honey and turmeric face mask is pretty much the best DIY mask for acne.

Recipe;

Tumeric         3 teaspoons 

Honey            1 tablespoon 

Brush 

Mix in a small bowl and apply with a soft brush to avoid stains. If you have a pair of gloves you can use that as well to avoid getting it on your hands. Turmeric stains are very hard to remove.
