Zikhona Sodlaka as Bulelwa “Bullet” Mxenge
The South African actress was born in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape and spent her formative years in KwaZulu-Natal. She attended schools like Excelsior SSS, Warriors Rust High School in Margate, and Shepstone College. Initially, her career began in modeling, where she achieved a degree of success before making the transition to acting.
Her lucky break came when Curious Pictures recognized her talent and offered her the opportunity to work with them. Her background in Latin dance provided her with a unique advantage over other aspiring actors. Throughout her career, she has graced various television series, including notable ones like Shooting Stars, Rhythm City, Soul City, Intsika, and Montana. In “Gqeberha: The Empire,” she takes on the role of Bulelwa “Bullet” Mxenge.
Kamvelihle Bikitsha as Nozuko Mxenge
Kay made her television acting debut in “Umbuso,” a drama series featured on Mzansi Magic. Currently, she is pursuing a BCom in Marketing Management at the University of Johannesburg.
In the Mzansi Magic telenovela, she takes on the role of Nozuko Mxenge, adding depth and talent to the cast. It’s also worth noting that she had a role in the final season of “The Queen” soapie, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
Anele Matoti as Msimelelo Makwetu

Zandile Msutwana as Zimkhita Mxenge
Zandile is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, where she successfully obtained a Performers Diploma in Speech and Drama.
Following her education, she showcased her acting talents in productions like “Ingalo” at The Langa Hall. In 2005, she took on the lead role in the film “Unrequited Love.”
Additionally, she worked as a presenter and played the role of one of the students in the soapie “Backstage” on “Heita” for e.tv.
Msutwana has not only excelled in the world of acting but has also been featured in commercial campaigns for prominent companies such as Nedbank and Woolworths.
