The self proclaimed Gqom queen, Babes Wodumo has finally broken her silence as she explains it all in an interview with TshisaLive.

Just after Babes Wodumo got off the stage at Fact Durban Rocks her fans were full of questions.

Questions ranged from her relationship to pregnancy rumors that circulated her. She has finally answered all these questions.

She spoke about it saying she isn’t pregnant and it will stay like that for a while because she isn’t ready. And about wanting to achieve a number of things before starting a family.

Also about her relationship with Mampintsha saying its all professional. Babes said they work and he understands her but they aren’t boyfriend and girlfriend.

“There’s no woman that doesn’t have a future version of herself where she settles down and has kids and gets married. However, for me, I still have a lot of things I need to achieve before that time comes. So once I have ticked those off, then I can have children, get married etc. It’s all a matter of time I guess…”

“… We have a very good working relationship. When we are busy at work, we are not boyfriend and girlfriend. We understand each other and we work. Mampintsha is the only one who understands me and the type of gqom I make, that’s why we make great music together, we are able to communicate properly.”
