K Naomi, also known as Keitumetse Naomi Noinyane Phakathi, recently shared details about her second pregnancy.
In October, the TV personality delightedly announced her pregnancy by posting a photo featuring her first child.
As the new year, 2024, kicked off, K Naomi took to her YouTube channel to discuss her gender reveal ceremony. She expressed gratitude for the warm wishes and excitement surrounding this special time in her life.

In another post, the yummy mummy shared a couple of pictures of herself regally dressed in white.
