Keke Palmer Accuses Ex-BF of Domestic Violence

American actress Keke Palmer has made serious allegations of physical and emotional abuse against Darius Jackson, her partner of two years, leading to her filing a restraining order.

Court documents obtained by Us Weekly reveal that Palmer is seeking full legal and physical custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis. A judge has granted her temporary sole custody and a temporary emergency restraining order in response to her emergency filing.

Palmer accuses Jackson of physical violence, verbal abuse in front of their son, property destruction, and threatening self-harm with a gun if she were to leave. She claims to have security footage of Jackson trespassing into her home on November 5 and allegedly threatening her before a physical altercation.

A hearing on December 5 will determine the temporary arrangement’s course of action. In response, Jackson posted on social media, captioning a photo with his son, “I love you, son. See you soon.”

He previously faced backlash in July for criticizing Palmer’s attire at an Usher concert. Keke released “I’m a Motha” merch and appeared in Usher’s “Boyfriend” video afterward, but their relationship status remained unclear. Despite celebrating Palmer’s 30th birthday together in August, Palmer evaded confirming their relationship status on the Today show in September.
