Ntsiki Mazwai Jabs At Sjavar As She Defends Lady Zamar Following Dismissal Of Rape Case…#LadyZamarMustFall

Ntsiki Mazwai has taken to social media to voice out following the rape allegation on Sjavar, opened by Lady Zamar which was dismissed by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).

After the case against Sjavar was dropped due to lack of concrete evidence to nail him, Ntsiki sent a straight jab at Sjavar calling him a rapist.

She said: “Dear rapist, Well Done. You Win.”

Limpopo police spokesperson Col Moatshe Ngoepe stated that the case against Sjava was declined for prosecution on November 5.

“Last year the case docket was handed over to the senior public prosecutor for a decision. On November 5, the case docket was withdrawn by the director of public prosecutions at court.”

While the NPA spokesperson Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi, he said there is not concrete evidence to arrest and charge Sjava of rape.

“The state declined to prosecute the case because it believed the facts or evidence do not support a successful prosecution.”

Ntsiki who felt the case shouldn’t have been dismissed that way, took to twitter to share her experience on rape issues as she still lives with the trauma.

Others accused her of lying against Sjava bringing about #LadyZamarMustFall trend.

The fact Zamar has faced a lot of bullies she is definitely on her side.
