Discussing the differences viewers can anticipate this time around, she explained, “There is never a dull moment with the family in Season 2; there is always a buzz and something going on. The biggest difference is that everyone has grown so much from Season 1, from our mom going through her divorce and reclaiming her name to my brother being married with children. As for me, I was in a wheelchair, and now I am standing tall.”

The upcoming season will also unveil Sbahle Mpisane’s journey post-2017 car accident recovery. She shares how fitness played a crucial role in her path to regaining her health.

She added, “Many people seem to think that I have a qualification in fitness, but that is not the case. I am just someone who likes to take care of themselves both internally and externally. Fitness is something I naturally gravitated towards. It was a hobby that became an income.”

“Even after my accident, when I was depressed, I did not lose love for myself and my fitness. Even when I was in a wheelchair, I still took care of myself, even though I was not happy because I didn’t want to look like my problems.”
