It's an inside job , once woke up with 2 contracts of iPhones upon getting the actual contract from one of their outlets, you could see the information wasn't adding up at all fr my identity document in which someone's was used instead of mine ….it was a lot

It obce happened to one of my ex colleague, he went to bank, printed out the statement and the money was sent to different people using their bank accounts and he traced them one by one using a number, luckily he got hold of a guy, they forced him to talk kanti he works at bank_

They don't look out for their customers, 2019 I got a contract phone that came out with a smart watch and was told it will be delivered to my house. After doing a follow up few wks later I didn't receive it until this day.

Mxm Vodacom is very popular for this. Mina there's a guy I share a number with. All his smses and calls come to me, I can't even register loyalty cards at stores because they tell me I'm already registered. I once enquired about this and they said they recycle numbers 😕
