Screen goddess and radio dj, Thando Thabethe graces the cover page of Glamour magazine
Thando discusses her next crime series, Rekya, as well as her role as a strong female lead. Reyka, a much-anticipated new African thriller drama, premieres on M-Net on July 25.
Reyka Gama, played by Kim Engelbrecht, is a flawed but talented criminal profiler in the eight-episode series (Dominion, The Flash). She investigates a spate of violent murders committed by a serial killer, haunted by her past.
The radio DJ appears as Constable Nandi Cele. Confident, forthright, and empathetic, she often acts as a moral compass for her colleagues.
Thando shared the cover of the mag and expressed her excitement. She talked about the upcoming MNETTV’s s new crime series.
