Thuso Mbedu Starred In New Amazon Movie…”The Underground Railroad” [Video]

SA actress, Thuso Mbedu features in a yet to be released New Amazon movie titled, THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD

The tv series follows Cora, a slave on a cotton plantation in Georgia who is an outcast even amongst her fellow Africans and is struggling to come into womanhood when she meets Caesar, a recent arrival from Virginia who informs her of the Underground Railroad.

The trailer gives a picture of the difficult journey that Cora will have to go through to reach freedom. The tv series is set to premiere on Prime Video on May 14, 2021.
