Babes Wodumo‘s debut album Queen Of Gqom goes platinum, but Mampintsha steals her spotlight, claiming they did it together.

Self-declared Queen of Gqom, Babes Wodumo, is basking in the glory of her hit album. The album, which was her debut album, was released in 2016 just went platinum. She took to her Instagram to share her win, extra special because she only recently recovered her Instagram after it was hacked.

Thanking God for this win after such a long time, she was reeling in her success in the spotlight. That is until Mampintsha jumped into her spotlight space by making a post of them receiving the plaques.

Fans trolled him for trying to steal her shine. They are unhappy with him trying to continually outshine the female artist who also happens to be his girlfriend. But he justified himself, saying he is a businessman. With everything considered and in his defense, he was featured in half of the tracks on the album. Besides, Babes Wodumo doesn’t seem to mind sharing.
