Kelly Khumalo’s Empini Garners 20 Million Views on YouTube

Sensational singer, Kelly Khumalo shared that the video of her song Empini has hit 20 million views on YouTube.

The star released the hit song on the 20th of June 2020 as the lead single from her album Voice of Africa.

Taking to social media, Kelly announced this news to her fans.

“20 Million views on @youtube thank you BoMakhi for the love and support,” she captioned the post.

Empini reaching this milestone is unsurprising to many as the song has been doing remarkably well since its release. Also, Khumalo gained lots of recognition after this song. The song was certified 4× platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA).

Also, it peaked at number one on various music charts. At the 27th South African Music Awards, Empini was nominated for Record of the Year (fan-voted).

Kelly’s fans have been beaming with pride upon hearing about the success of the song and they sent congratulatory messages via comment sections.
