Simphiwe Dana Slams AKA For Dissing Boity… See How It Escalated!

Talk about Black Women helping back women, Xhosa Songwriter, Simphiwe Dana clapsback at AKA for dragging Boity Thulo after a fan acknowledged his rap skills.

It is no news that Simphiwe Dana who is famous  for her creative social commentary and activism through music as a political art form is also known for her ability to air about matters that do not sit right with her. And this time rapper, AKA recieved a proper lecture from the songwriter as thus black woman wasn’t about to let him tear her homegirl down to grease his Elbow and make himself look cool.

This exchange resulted as a result of a comment made by one of AKA’s as the fan tweeted “AKA can rap his heart out, however, you will still find people saying that it is ‘trash’.

This being a sweet comment went all into AKA’s head and he replied with a tweet saying “Apparently someone said Boity is a better rapper than him, “Someone said Boity is a better rapper than me … I nearly died”.

Simphiwe who has first commended the rapper saying he was a good rapper and lyricist wasted no time in expressing her distaste and accused the rapper of embarrassing women who have loved him.
