DJ Mopharisa, Tellaman, AKA And Others Unhappy With SAMA’s 2020…. Rants Online!
DJ Mopharisa who has recently joined the likes of Aka and Tellaman and many others who are unhappy with this year’s SAMA , also made his heart felt disappointment clear in his recent tweet.
Whilst congratulating the Vocalist who won the Best Selling Artist award for his hit album, Emakhaya, Mlindo, DJ Mopharisa said on social media
” U couldn’t cheat us on this one. Big S/o to the fans , thanks to everyone whoz involved in this amazing project congrats my boy @MlindoRSA lets give them another one. I am humbled always give thanks to the most high BEST SELLING ARTIST”.
Nobody knows the reason for his anger but could it be that it came from his nominated “The Return Of Scorpion Kings” which unfortunately lost out to Ikhenani?
His album “The Return Of Scorpion Kings” became a banger that slammed the heart of SA. The album featured Semi Tee, Miano and Kammu Dee of the Labantwana Ama Uber fame was played in most parties across the country and even became a party national anthem and soon was fans favourite.
The “The Return Of Scorpion Kings” which he and Kabza De Small’s did collaboration with, still lost out to DJ Tira‘s Ikhenani.
